Branch Managers oversee the management of one or several bank activities. They set policies that promote safe banking operations, ensure the economic, social and commercial targets are met and that all the bank departments, activities and commercial policies are in compliance with legal requirements. They also manage employees and maintain an effective working relationship among the staff.

Job Requirement

• Educational  Background : BA in Management or Economics or Accounting & Finance or Marketing or Banking & Finance or Business Administration or other business related field of study

• Experience: with 3(Three) years’ work experience in banking operations, out of which 1(one) year in supervisory position.
