We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of proven experience in human resources management. The HR Officer will be responsible for various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policy implementation. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring timely and efficient hiring of qualified candidates.

• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.

• Implement and administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company standards.

• Coordinate employee performance management processes, including performance evaluations, goal setting, and development planning.

• Develop and deliver HR-related training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of four years of HR experience, with demonstrated proficiency in HR functions.

• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications

Experience Require:

• 3 - 5 years and above
