Title: Vice Principal

• Location: Lebu, Alemgena, (Primary 1-8)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice Principal to join our school leadership team. The Vice Principal will work closely with the Principal to maintain high educational standards, foster a positive learning environment, and support student success. This role involves a combination of administrative tasks, teacher evaluation, teaching and learning tasks and student discipline.

Basic Duties and Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with school employees to enhance teaching methods and student achievement.

- Conduct classroom visits and provide feedback to teachers.

- Supervise support staff and coordinate school operations.

- Motivate students and promote a positive school culture.

- Acting Principal in the Absence of the Principal

- Handling Student Discipline

- Meeting with Parents

Job Requirments

• Master's Degree in Educational planning and management. Education leadership and Administration, teacher education and curriculum, Masters in English Education or any related fields in education.

• 2 years and above proven experience as a vice principal or related managerial jobs.

• Demonstrated leadership skills, Strong organizational abilities.

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

• Computer and English language proficiency is mandatory.

• Commitment to maintaining high education standards.

• Teaching Experience

• Capable in formulation vision and goal-setting

• Effective Communication (best English speaker)

• Afan Oromo Language skill is Mandatory for only Alemgena branch
