Job Summary: 

We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to lead our digitization efforts. You will be instrumental in transforming our paper-based processes into a seamless digital experience, ensuring data is easily accessible and systems are interconnected. You'll work closely with our COO and a business analyst, navigating the complexities of our industry to deliver scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of digital solutions across supply chain, production/manufacturing, HR, and finance.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand process intricacies and digitization needs.

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions that improve operational efficiency.

• Integrate various digital platforms (ex. Airtable) and systems to ensure smooth information flow and data accessibility.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality software performance.

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and propose adoption where beneficial.

Job Requirements

Competencies: 

• Proven experience as a full-stack developer with a portfolio of successful projects.

• Proficient in relevant programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Ruby) and frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, Django).

• Experience with database design and management (SQL, NoSQL).

• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and API integration.

• Proficient in security practices, particularly with services like Auth0 for robust authentication and authorization strategies. Knowledge of common security vulnerabilities (SQL injection, XSS, CSRF) and secure coding practices is required.

• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.

• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.

• Great communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical team members.

• Keen interest in understanding and contributing to Kubik’s vision

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Relevant certifications in technologies and methodologies used.

Experience: 

• 5 years professional experience as a full-stack developer, with a proven track record of developing and implementing comprehensive digital solutions.
