 Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance and Administration Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing tenant-related questions, overseeing documentation, tracking payments, and handling maintenance and utilities issues. You will act as a liaison with the bank and the Ministry of Revenues, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled. Your role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our properties and ensuring tenant satisfaction.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer tenant inquiries and manage their files and documentation.

  • Keep track of payment schedules, lateness, and apply penalties as necessary.

  • Reconcile financial transactions with bank statements and liaise with the Ministry of Revenues.

  • Document and manage maintenance and utilities issues.

  • Communicate effectively with external stakeholders regarding property-related issues.

  • Ensure all tenant and property files are accurately documented and maintained.

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 2 years and above experience in finance, administration, or a similar role.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Proficiency in financial software such as Peachtree and Spreadsheets

  • Self-motivated, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
