JOB PURPOSE
To oversee and assess existing processes and workflows making sure products coming out of the soap making plant are with all process parameters and quality standards consistently met.
Hence main purpose is to lead process design, operation, and implementation.
Works on Optimizing productivity by designing, implementing and testing new procedures/
Works with R&D to land new innovations and process changes/
Compiles reports to document process status and changes.
Tracks metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades/changes/landings.
Responsible of leading, managing and documenting management of change regarding the soap making plant.
facilitates and leads Process improvement initiatives/
Initiates and drives cost savings relating with process improvement initiatives.
Leads and coordinates new technology/ RM changes/
Experiences & Qualifications
University degree in a relevant Engineering field with work experience preferably in soap making of atleast three years/ atleast one year in supervisory level
Skills
Decent and practical understanding of soap making process, process parameters, procedures, quality standards,
Understanding of the basics of mechanics and troubleshooting of the equipment in soap making plant.
Experience with process simulations and standard operating procedures.
Detailed Knowledge of regulatory, hygienic, GMP as well as safety and environment standards.
Analytical thinking with interpersonal skills
Manex/TPM/WCM detailed knowledge will be a plus.
