Job Description
Background of the company
Kerchanshe Group is the largest producer and exporter of coffee in Ethiopia, and engage in manufacturing, agro-processing and export business. It has a proud history of providing quality coffees to the local and international markets. Currently Kerchanshe Group needs a dedicated and motivated candidate.
Job Purpose:
To ensure that all Buna Penproducts manufactured by the company meet or exceed quality standards.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Perform on-site inspections of products at all stages of production to ensure the highest possible quality standards,
Analyze data feeds and error logs to determine points of failure and devise solutions,
Create and present recommendations to streamline production processes in ways that heighten quality standards,
Inspects raw materials, finished goods, and in-process products to ensure compliance with quality standards,
Develops and implements quality control procedures,
Investigates and resolves quality problems,
Maintains quality records and reports,
Compiles and analyzes quality data,
Recommends improvements to quality control processes,
Trains other employees on quality control procedures,
Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor
Job Requirements
Qualification and Skills
MSc or BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related fields of studies
Experience:
5 years for BSc
2 years for MSc
Skills:
Analytical skills
Problem solving skills.
Communication skills
