Responsibility

• Be able to analyze product delivery requirements and design solutions.

• Collecting, analyzing and transferring requirements to R&D center

• Designing and leading the implementation of end to end solutions.

• Output the solution design document FRS to determine the requirement delivery boundary, scope and workload.

• Managing version delivery, trace problem solutions and responsible for end to end integration solution.

Job Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering and related

• 2 years after college graduation

Experience

• More than 2 years working experience in software domain.

• Experience in managing versions &integrations and familiar with the project management process and software quality management.

• Clear logical thinking, strong initiative and learning ability, good ability to withstand pressure, communication and continuous work.

• Good communication, coordination, team work skill, excellent problem discovery, analysis and problem solving skill, strong sense of responsibility and proactive work attitude.

• Having good technical management capabilities

•  Be able to make end to end technical planning for the project team, organize the project team to identify, manage and close technical risks.

• Knowledge of mobile money, payment and finance product

Language

• Fluent in Amharic, English & Chinese
