Purpose of the position

Maintenance planner is responsible for planning maintenance activities, controlling the execution and evaluating maintenance activities based on the breweries production plan; Support the Engineering Department in maintenance planning so that he/she ensures availability and reliability of all installations of the company through well planned and organized manner.

Job Requirements

  • Plan and prepare all Preventive and Corrective maintenance.

  • Develop, plans, release/distribute, collect and close maintenance work orders.

  • Communicate and updates the plan with personnel of Engineering department and User departments. 

  • Prepare and reserve all the required resources for the planned maintenance activities.

  • Create and follow up purchase requisition of spare parts, services and other resources for planned work as well as stock items.

  • Ensure availability and performance of the machineries and system are within preset standard by developing all maintenance schedules. 

  • Makes sure that all the maintenance activities are properly executed and documented.

  • Evaluating each maintenance activities asper the plan

  • Make sure that all maintenance activities are reported every week.

  • Analyze and report maintenance costs.

  • Generates and reports maintenance KPIs.

  • Analyses breakdowns and assist the staff to find and avoid the root causes of the breakdown are sure that all maintenance planning board is updated.

  • Contribute their role in the implementation of the QSHE Management System (Understand and Comply with the QSHE policy, and objectives, follow the procedure and work instructions, and properly document the records)

  • Report to the responsible body when policies/procedures are violated or any other issues which have an impact on QSHE Management System

  • BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering with 4 years of relevant experience in a relevant business environment ideally in FMCG company.
