 Duties and Responsibilities:

• Market insight: Provide complete market insight in the coverage area (including market space, trends, major customers and their space, organizational size of major competitors and market characteristics)Develop the mid and long-term channel and partner business expansion plan.

• Improve relationships with key partners: Establish relationships with local owners and technical or commercial directors of main stream developers and EPCs &partners, organize activities such as high level bench marking, workshop and, and HQ visits with Huawei, convey Huawei value and reach cooperation.    

• Builds and improves the channel system, identify key channel partner list, win back and develops, nurtures, motivates and supports channel partners.

• Manage channel operation of Egypt and build a green, harmonious channel ecosystem.

• Participate in channel daily operations and be responsible for channel authorization.

• Identify and participate in regional mainstream marketing activities to improve the brand awareness of Huawei.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor or MBA

Experience:

• 5years of work experience

• Have a comprehensive understanding of the data center facility industry, including the bidding process, bid evaluation method and mainstream players.

• Have a good command of the high-level design solution of the data center facility solution and transfer key value information.

• Be able to have at least one professional knowledge covering major fields of the DCF industry, including UPS, COOLING or DC power.

• More than three years of experience in the data center facility industry with annual sales of at least US $1 million.

• Be able to independently develop business, have good interpersonal and organizational communication skills.

• Have the ability to communicate with business executives and establish stable customer relationships

• Be familiar with main stream players and partners in the local market and understand the market operation mode.

• Have independent contract negotiation case closing skills.

• Have project guidance and operation experience, including RFI/RFP guidance strategies and related management.

• Have a good learning capability; be able to quickly understand emerging key technologies.
