Job Description
Office Engineers interpret building designs and add technical specifications to construction projects. They integrate engineering principles into the designs to ensure that structures are safe and resistant. They work together with architects and engineers to transform design ideas into executable plans.
Duties and Responsibilities
Preparing 3d modeling with engineering soft like ETABS, SAP and Archi CAD.
Preparing cost breakdown, specification and BOQ.
Strong technical Knowledge for Designing and preparing all architectural, structural and sanitary drawings with the aid of Auto Cade.
Able to use Architectural rendering software like Lumion and Photoshop for preparation of interior design and other related work.
Able to Supervise the construction work progress by ensuring that the works are executed in strict conformity with the contract documents.
Check and review payment certificate.
Preparing construction working schedule, and report work progress periodically.
Daily Followup work progress by planning the day to day Activity, and in making effective pressure on the Accomplishment of the planned Activities on time.
Preparing Monthly and Annual Action Plan.
Specifying and deciding the mitigation required to compensate the design problems encountered in satisfying the demand interest.
Preparing working drawings and tracking the progresses of the project.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Civil Engineer.
Experience: a minimum of 3 years of experience.
