Pediatric cardiologists treat diseases and abnormalities of the heart and circulatory system in children. Pediatric cardiologists will work with children, from newborns to teenagers, in order to diagnose, treat, and prevent heart and/or cardiovascular issues, including congenital conditions and defects.
