Position Summary: We are currently seeking a skilled Website and IT Manager to oversee the maintenance and optimization of our website while also managing network and IT issues within our office environment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in website management, capable of updating and enhancing our online presence, as well as resolving IT-related challenges such as malware threats and email security issues. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Management: Take ownership of our company website, ensuring it remains up-to-date, user-friendly, and visually appealing. Content Updates: Regularly update website content, including text, images, and multimedia elements, to reflect the latest company news, projects, and offerings.

• Website Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic to our digital platforms.

• IT Support: Provide technical support to resolve network and IT issues encountered by office staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software problems.

• Security Management: Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect our network infrastructure and data from malware, viruses, and cyber threats.

• Email Security: Monitor and manage email security protocols to prevent phishing attacks, spam, and other email-related threats.

• Backup and Recovery: Establish backup procedures and protocols to ensure data integrity and facilitate timely recovery in the event of system failures or data loss.

• Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and service providers to procure IT equipment, software licenses, and technical support services as needed.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

•  Proven experience in website management and IT support roles, preferably in a multimedia or digital media environment.

• Strong technical proficiency in website development tools and platforms (e.g., WordPress, Joomla, Drupal) as well as networking and IT infrastructure.

•  Experience with malware detection and removal, email security protocols, and data backup solutions.

•  Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.

•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Proactive attitude towards staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in web development and IT security.
