We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our grocery and fruit warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, optimizing storage space, coordinating shipments, ensuring product quality, and supervising warehouse staff. This role is crucial in ensuring our diverse range of products.

 Key Duties and Responsibilities:

•  Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of groceries and fruits, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with sourcing and sales teams to ensure a diverse and fresh product range.

• Quality Control: Implement quality control processes to maintain the freshness and quality of the products. Identify and address issues related to damaged or expired goods.

• Team Management: Supervise warehouse staff handling products, assign tasks, conduct training sessions, and ensure a safe and productive work environment.

• Space Optimization: Organize warehouse space efficiently, ensuring the products are stored securely and accessibly.

• Reporting: Generate regular reports on inventory levels, warehouse productivity, and shipment accuracy for groceries and fruits.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in handling groceries and fruits within a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

• Knowledge of warehouse key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Familiarity with inventory management software.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
