Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee our financial operations and contribute to the financial health and growth of D!NK. The CFO will play a pivotal role in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making to support our mission.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Financial Strategy: Develop and execute a financial strategy that aligns with D!NK’s business goals and long-term vision.

•  Budget Management: Create and manage annual budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and support business objectives.

•  Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to senior management and stakeholders.

• Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, providing insights and recommendations to drive informed decision-making.

•  Risk Management: Assess and mitigate financial risks, including market fluctuations, regulatory changes, and industry challenges.

• Forecasting: Develop financial forecasts and models to guide strategic planning and resource allocation.

• Investment and Financing: Evaluate investment opportunities, manage financing activities, and assess capital allocation strategies.

• Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, reporting standards, and tax requirements.

• Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow effectively, optimizing working capital and liquidity.

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance and accounting teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accuracy, and compliance.

• Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate closely with senior leadership, the CEO, and the board of directors to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree and CPA preferred). 

• Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in the media or entertainment industry. 

• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.

•  Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. 

• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis. 

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•  Knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and tax laws.
