Prime Engineering PLC
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering and Construction Manager to oversee our civil works construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and construction management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of civil works construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and safety compliance.
Manage a team of engineers, project managers, and construction workers to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
Work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
Identify and address potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
Reports to: CEO/DGM
Job Requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 10 years and above of experience with 5 years of civil works construction management.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
