Job Description
Secretaries perform a variety of administrative tasks to help keep an organisation run smoothly. They answer telephone calls, draft and send e-mails, maintain diaries, arrange appointments, take messages, file documents, organize and service meetings, and manage databases.
Purpose
To support the smooth functioning of the work unit’s day to day activities by providing effective secretarial and office administration services.
Qualification & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Administrative Service Management & Technology Systems or related fields with two (2) years of relevant experience. OR
Level IV/Diploma in Secretarial Science and Office Management or Administrative Secretary with four (4) years of relevant work experience.
Grade: VI
