Job Description

Entity: Deputy General Manager 

Role : Director

Reports to: Administration and Finance Director.

General Mission

  • Ensuring the overall organizational development 

  • Ensuring the existence of high talents human capital in the company to meet the strategic intention of AHF

  • Ensuring state of art Hr policies and procedures aligned with legal issues in the country

Main Duties and tasks 

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

  • Develop and maintain effective internal, policies, procedures and guidelines which compliance with government laws and regulations, 

  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management 

  • Nurture a positive working environment through a fair and consistent resolution process.

  • Ensuring the management of the recruitment, selection, and placement and promotion is upon the rules and regulation of the organization. 

  • Develop and maintain standard protocol for hiring, training and performance

  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance to ensure consistency, fairness and timeliness.

  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program

  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

  • Ensure all required resources are available for the department

  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential

  • Perform any other assignments provided by the Management

Job Requirements

  • MA or BA Degree in HRM, Management, Business Administration or other any related fields with at 8/10-year proven experience in as HR Manger/ HR Director or equivalent positions in multi-culture setting organizations

Performance Management

  • Satisfying the required work force need, timely reporting and developing quantifiable HR documents and fulfilling them in work place

Internal: All AHF working units and employees.

External: AHF employees & job seeker customers, stakeholders.
