Job Description
Radisson Blu Hotel, Addis Ababa which is centrally located in Kazanchis Business District adjacent to the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa conference hall (UNECA-AA) and just eight kilometers from Bole International Airport is looking for a dynamic, self-starter candidates to join our team as an IT Manager.
IT Managers monitor the delivery of technical support services to clients according to the predefined deadlines. They plan and organise the user support actions and troubleshoot ICT problems and issues. They supervise the help desk team ensuring that the customers get the appropriate feedback and support. They also participate in developing customer service guidelines and in reinforcing the team.
Job Requirements
Required qualifications and competencies are as follows:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Network+, CISCO, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), Security+).
A minimum of four years of work experience in similar position in four and five-star hotels.
Experience with Opera PMS, Micros POS, and material control is advantageous.
Competencies required:
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have excellent command of the English Language.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
