Job Description
General Service Managers are responsible for setting the objectives of the business unit of a company, creating a plan for the operations, and facilitating the achievement of the objectives and implementation of the plan together with employees of the segment and stakeholders.
Oversee and manage the daily operations of various service departments, including cleaning, security, fleet management, warehouse management services, employee cafeteria service, lease management, contract administration, and fixed asset management.
Monitor and evaluate service performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Develop and implement service policies, procedures, and standards to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Initiates Plans, policies and procedures on cleaning, Security, Fleet, warehouse management services,
Supervises the activities of personnel in Facility Cleaning/Gardening.
Develops and effects transportation services to employees and other departments.
Administers security services throughout the company,
Initiates Plans, policies and procedures on ground transport services.
Develops, recommends and implements policies and procedures to prevent utilisation of vehicles for activities other than company requirements.
Assures and implements an efficient ground transportation system to satisfy requirements of system wide.
Recommends proposals in the areas of cost control so as to ensure efficient utilisation of manpower and material at his disposal.
Establishes clear order of command in the security structure
Ensures movable company property taken out of the premises is in accordance with company regulations.
Keeps accurate records of utilisation on each vehicle
Prepares monthly fuel consumption report to Finance Division.
Oversees and directs the cleaning of sanitary sewers
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the employee cafeteria service.
Develop and implement service policies, procedures, and standards to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

Oversee vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure service level agreements are met.
Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair activities for facilities, vehicles, and equipment.
Manage and maintain a comprehensive fixed asset register, including acquisition, depreciation, disposal, and asset tracking.
Conduct regular physical audits of fixed assets, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure compliance with accounting and reporting standards.
Collaborate with finance and procurement departments to ensure accurate recording and reporting of fixed assets.
Controls outsourced activities as required if any
Performs and comply with all accountability specified for management position;
Serve as Droga Group Brand Ambassador,
Performs other special assignments that may be given from time to time by the CHRD;
BA Degree in Management/Business Management/Business Administration/Management Information System/Business Administration & Information System or any related field of study from a recognised College / University
Min. 8 yr. for B.A degree and 6 for MA
