Job Description

On Behalf of our clients, MAF International PLC, we are looking for a dynamic & enthusiastic admin and finance assistant - import and export operations to be located in Meskel Flower.

Job brief

The Import and Export Admin and Finance Assistant handles administrative and support work for the import and export section, is responsible in handling import/export documents. He/She is responsible for communicating with the customer. Liaises with suppliers, vendors for prices, quality, & deliveries. Oversees general operations and activities, including shipment and delivery, and other administrative duties. In addition, the person will be responsible in clerical financial activities such as preparing payment vouchers and checks, issuing receipts, managing petty cash, and managing daily collections and deposits.

Job Requirments

Essential Qualifications

• Degree Management or related filed of studies

• 1-3 years’ experience in import/export/logistics sector customer service and Admin positions

• Excellent written and verbal English language

• Working are is around Meskel flower- Candidate who are in a nearby area will have a priority
