On behalf of our client, we are looking for successful candidate to fill the position of HR Specialist to be located around Ayertena, Addis Ababa

Job Brief

Under the direct supervision of HR operations Manager, HR specialist is responsible for handling HR Operational activities, which includes organizational design, Job design, HR Planning, recruitment, Assessing the training and development needs of each department to drive its growth by conducting the Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Identify learning opportunities for candidates who exhibit leadership and supervisory qualities, Create and implement individual and collective training plans for employees, Collect feedback from employees about the progress of training programs, Analyze the effectiveness of the training program by using performance metrics and KPIs, career development, managing and updating HR database & personnel files, managing employment contract, performance management, job evaluation & Standardization, employee relations, employee engagement, employee exit management, etc.

Job Requirments

Minimum Qualifications

• BA degree in Management or Related fields of Study with 3-5 years relevant experience preferably in a manufacturing multinational

Salary

• Negotiable based on prior experience
