Job Description
HRBP position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units (Commercial). The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its mid-range plans, its culture, and its competition.
On behalf of our clients, Repi-Wilmar, we are looking for HR Business Partner - Production in Addis Ababa.
• BA Degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration or other related fields of study.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience out of which two years as an HR business partner or Senior HR roles in a multinational manufacturing setup
Employment Term –Permanent.
Work Location – Addis Ababa, Ayer Tena and Alemgena
