• Carries out and completes all maintenance works/requests according to the established schedule and ensures high quality of finishing work.  Pays particular attention to guest related jobs.

• To carry out repair and maintenance on all hot and cold-water services.

• Repair and maintenance of drainage systems.

• Installation/replacement of piping systems including hot and cold water, drain lines, steam and gas lines.

• Repair of fire hose and sprinkler lines.

• Responsible for repair and maintenance and operation of water treatment, softeners, water pumps, pressure reducing stations and filters.

• Maintenance of the swimming pool plants spa equipment and water chemistry.

• Maintenance of the hot water re-circulation system.

•  Respond as quickly as possible to maintenance requests from both clients and colleagues.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' work experience as Plumber in a Hotel or in a similar large building/complex with central plant. 

• Special skills required on Pipe fittings, brazing and gas cutting.

• Experience in maintenance of the swimming pool plants, spa equipment’s and water chemistry.

• Should understand installation/replacement of piping systems including hot and cold water, drain lines, steam and gas lines.
