Pepsico/ Senselet Food Processing is a potato processing company in Ethiopia producing potato chips. It has been set up in accordance with European standards and knowledge and produces high quality potato crisps, branded as Sun Chips, that are sold locally in the Ethiopian market.

About the Role:

The Sales driver is responsible for Delivering and selling all Pepsico products in a route specified by the Supervisor and as per the schedule given.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivering products from warehouse to each customer assigned in the route.

• Ensure that receipts are issued to all customers where sale took place.

• Drive visibility and merchandizing to boost the sales by placing POS material in all outlets visited

• Responsible for product loading and offloading.

• Support Sales agent on their daily sales routine

• Responsible for cash handling and sales

• Reconcile all returned products and cash deposit documents with Store team and Sales admin.

• Ensure Loading plan is done a day before.

• Close the day via Solutech

• Reporting Customer feedback

• Act with integrity, Act with ownership, Code of conduct and THE PEPSICO WAY.

• Sell our products.

• Develop relationships with customers.

• Has good mathetical skills to count and stock.

• Communicate with customers, driver, Warehouse team and Office Admin team.

Job Requirements

Education:

• 10th Grade Certificate, A valid driver’s license (Dry 1)

Experience:

• 2 - 5 years in Sales Driver
