Job Description
Edomias International PLC is a Human Resource outsourcing and recruitment firm serving clients for more than 15 years. Edomias is currently looking to recruit the following candidates.
Facilitating check-in and check-out services for residents and guests.
Managing room setups and ensuring the provision of welcome packages.
conducting weekly and monthly reporting as per the company requirements
Coordinating cleaning and pest control services, and overseeing comprehensive maintenance activities.
Ensure replacement and repair of all components and structures associated with the public apartments, including floors, furniture, cabinets, walls, doors, windows, and the roof.
Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
Ensure compliance with building codes, health and safety regulations, and property policies.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of income and expenses
Monitor operating costs and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
Maintain organized files and documentation related to property management, leases, and leaseholder communications.
Handle administrative duties such as drafting correspondence, answering phones, and responding to emails.
Manage rental applications, lease agreements, move-in/move-out inspections, and other paperwork.
Respond to emergencies, such as fire alarms or building evacuations, and coordinate with emergency services as needed.
Enforce property rules and regulations to maintain a safe and respectful living environment.

Required person: - 7
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field preferred.
3 and above years of experience in property management, leasing, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills both Amharic and English , Chinas language skill is advantageous,
Customer service-oriented mindset with a commitment to resident satisfaction.
