Job Description
ATICOM Investment Group PLC looking for Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for the following activities
Duties and Responsibilities
Managing scheduling and appointments
Scheduling meetings and travel
Answering calls and correspondences
Develop and maintain a filing system
Welcoming and assisting visitors
Book travel arrangements
Maintain meeting minutes
Preparing expense reports
any other relevant duties and responsibilities assigned
Department: CEO
Reports To: Chief Operations Officer (COO)
Required NO: 1(one)
Qualifications
Diploma in Secretarial Office Administration or related discipline 10+3/Level IV Diploma & above,
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and
Skill: Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel…….)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
