JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Master Degree in Business Administration related fields with 3.5 year of experience and BA degree 5.5 years of experience preferably in banking industries.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct market study on business potential of the digital banking services

• Undertake continuous monitoring of new development in the digital banking service4 competition landscape, business trends, costs, forecasts propose new operational features of the service

• Engage in a proactive business case analysis to decide if the digital banking service or the proposed payment system is feasible

• Scrutinize the digital banking service performance, weaknesses, challenges and proposed remedial actions

• Closely work with the planning wing of the development to make sure that periodic targets are set with respect to the digital banking service and the targets are cascaded down to districts and branches

• Collect digital banking service performance And evaluate them on monthly, quarterly and annual basis and prepare critical and well thought report

• Ensure the effective implementation of new digital banking service initiatives and perform post-implementation review after launch of the service

• Engage in the development of the business strategies for the digital banking services

• Follow up the implementation of strategies objectives ,targets and initiatives regarding digital banking services per the milestones

• Engage in reviewing the operational policy, procedural end-users guidelines and timely update them based on the changes of internal work processe4s and environmental factors pertinent to the market requirement
