Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Ensure highest level of sanitation and hygiene standards in all Food processing factory.

·       Comply and ensure hygiene policies are strictly adhered to on a daily basis

·       Involve in all aspects of hygiene audit in the factory

·       Perform regular hygiene audits in conjunction with quality professionals in their areas of responsibility including daily and night  walkthroughs

·       Conduct training and workshops regularly for team members to ensure that hygiene and sanitation standards are maintained at required levels

·       Inspect the overall process of operations, including the critical areas 

·       Attain and maintain the sanitation certificates as required ie. Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) or similar

·       Liaise with involved authority for all food safety inspections to be carried out at licensed premises, ensuring all food safety requirements are complied.

·       Continually liaises with external agencies (laboratory, NEA, SFA, health practitioners, etc.) on sanitary matters 

Job Requirements

·       ·BSc Degree in Environmental and sanitation Management, Food Science and Technology or other related field

·       Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a ESH Officer or relevant job function in food factory

·       Trained Food Hygiene Officer would be an advantage

·       Equip with HACCP/ISO 22000 knowledge

·       Good communication & a proactive problem solver.

·       Comprehensive knowledge of hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards

·       Good planning and organizational ability
