Job Description

Senior Medical Representatives promote and sell medical devices, equipment and pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. They provide product information and demonstrate features to healthcare professionals. They negotiate and close sales contracts.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and create new and innovative promotional Inputs.

  • Organize new product pre-launch and launch activities.

  • Create and Maintain relationship with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL)

  • Conduct market assessment for product trends and changes.

  • Make sure product availability on tend of different stakeholders.

  • Manages product flow

  • Collaborate with business development, operation department, and tender departments for the flow of the products.

  • Coordinates and develops marketing, sales and financial plans for product line.

  • Prepares market plan for focused products to obtain financial objectives.

  • Assess, evaluate, select and plan the type of promotional activities (CME, Grand round, annual conferences) to be conducted for product lines.

  • Required Travel up to 25%.

  • Assess current market trends, and competitors through usage data and customer feedback from existing products.

  •  Arrange and use strategic market analysis to filter and improve strategic decisions about product portfolio

  • Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product

  • Prioritizing product features and capabilities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, advanced degree preferred. 

  • Minimum of two (2) to years of experience in Promotion, Preferable in Reputable Pharmaceutical Company.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for order processing and tracking.
