Job Description
Secretaries perform a variety of administrative tasks to help keep an organisation run smoothly. They answer telephone calls, draft and send e-mails, maintain diaries, arrange appointments, take messages, file documents, organise and service meetings, and manage databases.
Educational Qualification:
Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management or related field from recognized University/College
Relevant Work Experience:
Minimum 6 years relevant work experience
Other Requirements:
Good Communication skill in spoken & written English
Proven Computer knowledge on Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel and Internet
Ability to handle Secretarial duties and office management independently
Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously, be able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
Good attitude for internal & external Customers
