Job Description
Perform buying and supply chain duties, when necessary, as per guiding policy and procedure
Analyze the purchase request from the user section and determine the appropriate method of procurement
Receive purchase requests from requester, prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests.
Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists
Determine if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs, ordering more materials when necessary.
Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates to determine the best bid among potential suppliers.
Ensure the delivery of items on time as per users demand and specifications
Prepare suppliers offer analysis and get users comment if necessary for improvement
Maintain purchase orders or contracts or all relevant documents and provide for finance for payments
Follow up the logistics and facilities processes are done as per the company procedure
Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
BA Degree in Procurement , Supply relation Management or related fields with 2+ years proven experience in multi-culture setting organizations.
