Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Economics, Project Management, Monitoring & Evaluation or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Design field-level M&E systems including log frame reviews, development of indicators, and data collection and reporting plans. - Support the project design process, including drafting concept notes, and conducting needs assessments and situational analyses. - Develop Terms of Reference (ToR) for baseline, mid-term, and final evaluations based on donor and organizational requirements, and facilitate their implementation.
