Job Description
Financial managers handle all the matters in reference to the finance and investments of a company. They manage financial operations of companies such as the assets, liabilities, equity and cash flow aiming to maintain the financial health of the company and operative viability. Financial managers evaluate the strategic plans of the company in financial terms, maintain transparent financial operations for taxation and auditing bodies, and create the financial statements of the company at the end of the fiscal year.
Key Requirement:
Professional Experience
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a finance, preferably within restaurant or hotel industry or a related field
Proven track record of successfully managing finance department, costing as well as general account sections
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field of study
Industry Knowledge
Extensive knowledge of Hotel/ Restaurant finance, general accounts, costing and industry best practices.
Familiarity with Peachtree/or other accounting software
Leadership Skills
Strong leadership quality with ability to manage and guide a team
