Essential Function

• Perform in the preparation of strategic plan and functional level strategy of the Bank,

• Consolidates and prepare annual plan and budget of the bank,

• Prepares and consolidate periodic monthly, quarterly and annually performance reports,

• Implement corporate and department performance measurement and revisit as necessary,

• Conduct studies to assess the Banks strategic performance and advise department regarding results of studies,

• Performs planning, monitoring and evaluation report of the Bank in an orderly and timely manner, to the required quality, in line with plans and corporate requirements,

• Reviews proposals for major capital expenditures to ensure conformity with plans and determines economic justification of proposals,

• Prepare and consolidates action plan of the Bank,

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

• BA/MBA/MA in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Economics, Management, Any other related fields with 8.5/6.5 years of experience in relevant fields, preferably in banking industry, of which 2 years in relevant senior officer position in banking industry.
