Job Description
Responsible to establish and lead the maintenance strategy and healthy operational process through efficient practice in an industrial equipment park and well-equipped brewery landscape.
Duties and Responsibilities
Plan, lead, organize, staff & control department’s overall activities
Coach, mentor, & develop employees through periodic performance evaluations & ongoing performance dialogue and feedback.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
Lead the industrial maintenance strategy implementation
Contribute on the industrial maintenance strategy development for the improved preventive and predictive maintenance interventions to reduce as much as possible the curative and palliative maintenance
Execute the tools of maintenance planning and follow up process for integrated teams’ support on the field
Monitor the maintenance process in order to ensure the process and the product quality standards are met
Contribute for the establishment of improved procurement strategy through the application of advanced CMMS tools and realize an optimum maintenance
Participate in setting high level KPI’s of the group to ensure continuous improvement and in the enforcement of safety standards on the production line.
Provide development support to the team for the achievement of continual improvement plan and tools development
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager
Job Requirements
BSc in Mechanical or Electrical or Electromechanical or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
8 Years of experience
Advanced Knowledge to read technical drawings and operation manuals.
Excellent knowledge of electro mechanics equipment maintenance.
Advanced communication and negotiation skills
Advanced computer skill
Advanced English writing/reading/listening/speaking.
