Purpose of the Job:
The purpose of the MIS Manager position is to plan organize, direct, coordinate and control the activities of the Management Information Systems of the Institution. S/he is also responsible for the whole cycle of systems development including long range and strategic planning of the information system. S/he closely follows-up and monitors its upkeep and maintenance. Advices the CEO in the sector.

Required Qualification:
Experience/Training
MSc/BSc Degree in Computer Science/ Information Science or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Experiences
A minimum of 7/8 years of relevant experience.
Technical and Other Skills:
LAN administration experience.
Core banking
Interest free banking and Basics knowledge of Shariah
Proficiency in Computer applications.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Able to work in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills and ability to coach staff.
