Job Description
Maintenance Officers handle a variety of maintenance requests in a large building or group of buildings. They perform scheduled, reactive and preventative maintenance on a property and its buildings, grounds and infrastructure.

Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
Diploma in Industrial Electricity & Utility Technician from recognized College
Relevant Work Experience
Minimum 5 (Five) years relevance work experience
Other Requirements
Electrical installation & maintenance service knowledge
Ability perform diversified duties to install and maintain facility’s electrical lights, fittings, equipment and parts such as control panels
Experience in Plumber maintenance service
Knowledge of Telephone line maintenance service
