Major Responsibilities

The Finance and Tax Consultant is responsible for financial transaction processing; 

accounting systems design and implementation; management accounting and 

analysis; tax management; and managing other business out sourcing services. 

He/she may be involved in more complex projects and shall be able to oversee two 

or more assignments simultaneously. It is expected that he/she is required to 

demonstrate an ability to assume full responsibility for executing assignments 

diligently within the stipulated time period. Hence, it is the responsibility of the 

consultant for delivering required output and developing a capability of planning and 

sequencing of one or more assignments that are to be executed within a time frame 

agreed with clients. Above all, professional relationship with colleagues and excellent 

relationship with clients is a mandatory skill expected from the consultant. 

Job Requirements

Qualification:

Education, Experience, and Skills Required for 

• ACCA full or affiliate member/ACCA finalist (advantageous);

• A Minimum of BA degreed from reputable Institution in Accounting and 

• Finance

• Good knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards

• Proficiency with Micro-Soft-Excel

• Well-developed interpersonal skills. Ability to get along well with diverse personalities; tactful, mature, and flexible;

• Prior Experience in a reputable firm is an advantage but not necessary if applicants have strong Accounting and Finance experience.

• Result-and-profit-oriented, with the ability to balance other business considerations.

• Strong analytical and reasoning abilities; participative management style, advocate of team concept.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
