Purpose:

• Adhere all Environmental, Health and Environment (EHS) regulation & policy of JTI, assess risks and prepare the proper work permit from initiating to closing stage for any cleaning activity.

• Supervise all cleaning activities are done safely and foster safety culture within the cleaning organization team.

• prepare and organize standard operating procedure for all types of cleaning both for production areas, offices and outside compound. And ensure implementation of those standards.

• Prepare daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, and six-monthly cleaning plan based on internal customers demand and ensure correct implementation of agreed plans.

• Supervise, coach, and follow up contractor cleaners to make sure all building facilities, office furniture, outside walkways, roads etc are cleaned and maintained as per current industrial best practice.

• Prepare and implement cleaning audit plan and make correction action. Prepare and forward anomality list which require maintenance and repair. 

Main Areas of Responsibility:

• Adhere and respect company EHS golden rules/policies, risk assessment and work permit standards and closed loop process.

• Ensure that the cleaning crews are disciplined in terms of safety, performance and conduct and take corrective action in case of violation of those rules.

• Organize, lead, and control the cleaning contractor to make sure jobs are being done as per the contract and to the satisfaction of the management.

• Determining the best methods for cleaning various types of surfaces such as walls or floors and other facilities.

• Conduct regular audit on the cleaning performance and give feedback to the contractor and cleaning crew.

• Prepare KPI for the cleaning performance and evaluate the performance of the contractor. And keep documentations.

• Control cleaning consumables and chemicals are used properly. Track and monitor consumption and manage the stock including ordering and order follow up.

• Perform other activities as instructed & required, which do not contradict with JTI safety rules and code of conduct.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Degree in any field, preferably in Engineering field.

Work Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience.

Skills:

• Reporting skill, Analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good knowledge and experience on use & operation of industrial cleaning machines, lifting equipment's.

• Have knowledge of Cleaning Service, technologies and cleaning chemicals.

• Energetic, self-starter, display initiative and proposes pragmatic new ideas / approaches.

• Enviromental, Health and Safety (EHS) basic standards,

• Computer skills; Microsoft Windows (MS-excel, MS-word, internet & email).

• Good communication and arrangement skills with colleagues and contractors.

• Good Teamwork with positive attitude for continuous improvement.
