Job Description
We are looking for a well-organized site engineer with strong leadership skills to join our growing team. The Site Engineer is responsible for leading and supervising all construction works on a project site. He will manages all parts of a construction work at site, providing technical advice, supervising construction staffs on site, and ensuring that the project is completed on time and with excellent quality.
Detail Responsibilities:
Setting out from the contract drawings/information, carry out surveys as and when required.
Be able to use GPS instruments, lasers, levels etc.
Ensure works are carried out as per the contract drawings and specification.
Communicate with client, consultant and create a smooth working environment on site
Ensuring each stage of the Construction happens as per the schedule and to the required quality and standard.
Checking the availability of construction materials needed for construction and notify the materials which needs to be purchased to the site manager on time
Communicate with the site manager/rest of the site team and assist with the organizing of site, this would include materials, forecasting materials / plant required and sub-contract Management
Reporting any work variations or additions to the Site Manager before taking a decision.
Be able to attend meetings/deal with the client/inspectors if the site manager cannot attend.
Giving due attentions for any comments coming from the client and taking corrective measures on time.
Maintain records, site diary, quality assurance documentation, reports and records.

Qualification:
Education
BSc Degree In civil Engineering
Experience
5 years and above related work experience
Additional Skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in technology and equipment used in construction technology
