Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify local farms and farmers suitable for collaboration.

• Establish initial contact with farmers, explaining ChipChip.Social's requirements and quality standards.

• Coordinate pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules with farmers.

• Regularly visit farms to inspect produce quality and ensure adherence to ChipChip.Social standards.

• Provide guidelines to farmers regarding best practices for cultivation and harvesting.

• Collaborate with the logistics team to arrange transportation from farms to the warehouse.

• Monitor the transportation process to ensure timely and safe delivery of produce.

• Maintain strong relationships with farmers, addressing any concerns promptly.

• Act as a liaison between ChipChip.Social and farmers, facilitating smooth communication.

• Keep detailed records of sourcing transactions, including quantities, prices, and farmer information.

• Provide regular reports to the management team regarding farm sourcing activities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Agriculture, Business or in a related field.

• No experience required; recent graduates are welcome to apply

• Familiarity with local farming communities and agricultural networks is a plus 

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.

• Willingness to travel to local farms for on-site visits and meetings.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
