Purpose of the Job:
The purpose of the Finance Department Manager position is to manage and protect resources made available to BMFI and give the necessary support functions: to deliver proper accounting for resources used, assure that resource used are in compliance with controlling rules and regulations and to appropriately share information with internal and external sources to document safeguarding and management of resources. She/he builds the capacity of BMFI staff in financial management. She/he also advises and supports the Chief Executive Officer.

Required Qualification:
Experience/Training
MA or BA Degree in Accounting or equivalent education and work experience.
Experience
7/8 years of relevant experience, out of which 4 years in managerial position(s).
Competence:
Excellent knowledge about international banking policies of the bank as well as state
Interest free banking and Basics knowledge of Shariah
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good writing skills
Excellent knowledge of accounting, finance and management
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good observation and analytical abilities
Willingness and ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people.
