Habesha Breweries S.C. is looking for a Factory Finance & Controls Analyst.
Job Purpose:
As the Factory Finance & Controls Analyst at Habesha Breweries, you will play a pivotal role in driving productivity improvements across our Brewery operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing Productivity Improvement programs that encompass various areas of Brewery plant operations, including Brewing, Packaging, Utilities, Warehouses, and more. Your primary focus will be on engaging with process owners in each functional area, facilitating discussions, and fostering activities geared toward enhancing productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Define, Implement, and refine practices of input utilization and process optimization concerning optimization of Water & Energy usage, Minimization of Process wastes/losses, yield improvements on input materials, etc.
Own a program of productivity improvement for plant operation and set business objectives, KPIs, and targets.
Guide, coordinate, and drive various teams of process optimizations working cross-functionally to ensure Water & Energy consumption and process losses are reduced.
Create sessions of awareness creation for process managers, process operators, and technical teams to ensure effective implementation of productivity improvements.
Develop methods of recognition and rewarding Champion individuals and teams.
Act as Project team leader for projects related to productivity improvements in the process areas of Brewing, Packaging, Utilities, Warehouses, etc.
Develop and implement productivity improvement initiatives to create opportunities to improve process efficiency and effectiveness through the adoption of productivity improvement methodologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance, controls, or operations management, preferably within the manufacturing or brewery industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify opportunities for improvement.
Proven track record of developing and implementing productivity improvement programs or initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
