The Junior IT Helpdesk Officer is responsible for providing technical support to employees, troubleshooting and resolving IT problems, installing and maintaining software and hardware, and other related activities.

Job Requirement
Qualification Requirement: BSC, BA in Computer Science, Computer engineering, Information system, Information technology, MIS or related field of study.
Experience Requirement: 2 year of experience in relevant position preferably in the banking industry.
