Job Description

ICT Experts install, maintain, repair and operate information systems and any ICT related equipment (laptops, desktops, servers, tablets, smart phones, communications equipment, printers and any piece of computer related peripheral networks), and any type of software (drivers, operating systems, applications).

Job Requirement

Competencies

Ability to work with minimal supervision;
Willing to work after working hours, on weekends and demanding environment;
Interpreting, linking and analyzing information to understand issues;
Identifying and responding to current and future ministry’s needs; providing service excellence to the systems users;
Experience in designing/customizing applications
Experience in open source tools
Knowledge and ability to design, define, construct, enhance, support and maintain application software on one or more platforms;
Defining tasks and milestones to achieve objectives, while ensuring the optimal use of resources to meet those objectives;
Knowledge and ability to apply the principles of business analysis in the planning, reengineering, requirement gathering for government business environments, operations, processes and practices;
Knowledge and ability to apply the methods, practices and policies that are used in the design and the management of databases;
Knowledge and ability to apply formal project management principles and practices during the planning, implementation, monitoring and completion of projects, ensuring effective management of scope, resources, time, cost, quality, risk and communications;
Ability to work in a team and lead a team effectively in order to achieve the desired goals.

Job Requirments

Required Skills and Experience

Education:

BSc in Degree or MSc in degree in computer science or Software engineering.

Experience:

Minimum of 4 (four) years working experience as an ICT Expert with BSc Degree OR Minimum of 2 (two) years working experience .
Additionally knowledge of finger print is advantages

Language requirements:

Good Command of English speaking and writing.
