Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Structural, or Construction Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations, monitor progress, and ensure quality control on-site. - Supervising, coordinating, and monitoring all inspection and testing activities, ensuring they are performed according to the QCP, project specifications, and relevant standards. - Interpret architectural and engineering drawings, and ensure construction aligns with design specifications. - Provide guidance to contractors and workers, troubleshoot issues, and ensure technical accuracy. - Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular inspections to maintain a safe work environment. - Act as a liaison between architects, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless communication. - Track materials, equipment, and labor to ensure efficient use and timely delivery. - Maintain site reports, progress logs, and compliance records for stakeholders

Degree or Diploma in Drafting, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics using CAD software. - Convert sketches, design notes, and engineering specifications into accurate 2D drawings.  - Review and revise drawings based on feedback from engineers, architects, or clients.
