Job Description
The Risk & Compliance Officer/Executive performs credit analysis and reviews for existing and new customers. He/She ensures compliance to company's credit policy. He/She prepares monthly credit and market risk management reports. He/She assists to develop and implement credit and market risk framework and policies.
Job Requirement
Qualifications : A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or a related field.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or internal audit within the Microfinance services sector
Required Skill: Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, risk assessment, and internal control frameworks is necessary
