Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives
Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure the acquisition of top talent
Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Collaborate with senior management to identify and address HR-related challenges
Monitor and evaluate HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives
Foster a positive work environment conducive to employee growth and satisfaction
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven track record of successful HR management, preferably in a consultancy environment
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
Experience Required:
Experience working with consultancy firms is highly preferred
