Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Engage in active communication with potential merchants to educate them about our platform and onboard them successfully.
- Utilize your persuasive skills to effectively communicate the benefits of joining our platform and address any concerns or inquiries they may have.
- Ensure a smooth on-boarding process by collecting the necessary documentation and guiding merchants through the registration process.
- Work diligently on targets by actively seeking out new merchant opportunities and converting them into successful registrations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and implement strategies that will drive merchant acquisition and contribute to revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all merchant interactions and transactions
Job Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively present information to potential merchants.
A smartphone with an Android version of 8.0 or higher and a good camera to facilitate the onboarding process.
Willingness to work on tight schedules and adapt to changing priorities.
A track record of meeting targets and achieving goals.
Previous experience in merchant registration or sales is highly desirable and will be considered an additional advantage.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate and complete documentation.
